The things most people wonder about before they reach out.
My office is in La Cañada Flintridge, California. I also offer secure online therapy for clients throughout California, from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form on this website to schedule a free initial phone consultation. If we decide to work together, I’ll guide you through the next steps and get your first appointment on the calendar.
It’s a brief conversation where we discuss your concerns, I answer your questions about therapy, and we determine together whether my practice is a good fit for your needs. It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work before scheduling your first appointment.
Most therapy sessions are 55 minutes long.
Online sessions take place on a secure video platform that meets HIPAA privacy standards. Before your session, I’ll send you a link to join. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Many clients find online therapy convenient, comfortable, and just as effective as meeting in person.
I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, adults, and older adults, including women, men, couples, and families. Treatment is tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and stage of life.
People come to me for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Whether something specific brought you here or you’re simply ready for positive change, therapy gives you a place to grow and build the life you want.
